With over two decades of leadership experience, Dr. Alfredo Javier Rincón Carbonell is a visionary executive recognized for his expertise in cost control, process optimization, and strategic planning. Based in Florida, USA, Mr. Rincon holds a Ph.D. in Managerial Science and advanced degrees in Business Management and Administration.
As CEO, Dr. Rincón oversees a multinational organization operating in supply chain management and global trade, managing a workforce of over 270 employees across 12 locations in three countries. He has spearheaded innovative strategies that have significantly increased operational efficiency, resulting in a 250% revenue growth over four years. Known for his ability to lead culturally diverse teams, he fosters transparency and accountability while driving organizational growth.
Dr. Rincón’s additional experience includes executive roles in industries such as construction and energy, along with representing brands in Latin American and Caribbean markets.
Tony El Khouri

Tony El Khouri is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects and commercial developments. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded initiatives ranging from the construction of iconic structures to the implementation of advanced operational management systems in the construction sector. Alfredo Galán is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas with over 15 years of experience in financial leadership. Known for his expertise in financial analysis, strategic forecasting, and tax planning, Alfredo has played a pivotal role in large-scale projects within the oil, gas, and construction industries, managing resources with precision and strategic vision.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he leads the finance department with a focus on process optimization, regulatory compliance, and sustainable value creation. He has developed tax strategies and financial models that have enhanced operational efficiency and minimized risks, significantly contributing to the growth of the companies he has served.

César Andrés Milano Márquez, MBA

César Milano is a distinguished professional in corporate finance, with a career spanning over 25 years and a solid academic background that includes a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and a master’s degree in business administration.
Throughout his professional journey, he has held key positions at the renowned professional services firm Deloitte, as well as high-level executive roles in the government, private sector, and international organizations. He has served on boards of directors, finance committees, audit committees, and compliance committees, among others.
